We are Catholic Nurses Association of Kenya, a Company registered in Kenya at Kilimani, Diani Road, off Ole Odume Road, P.O Box.  67872 – 00200, Nairobi, Kenya.

These terms and conditions govern the registration and payment for the CICIAM VII Congress organized by Catholic Nurses Association of Kenya.

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘You’) and Catholic Nurses Association of Kenya, concerning the registration and payment of CICIAM VII Congress happening in Nairobi Kenya on 7th – 9th August.

You agree that by Accessing the services, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these legal terms. 

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Registration

Participants must register through the official Catholic Nurses association website (https://catholicnurseskenya.org/).

Registration is complete only when the registration fee has been paid in full.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds/Cancellation requests must be made in writing to ciciams7@cnak.org .

Cancellations received on or before 31st May 2024 will be refunded, subtracting the bank costs.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 31st 2024.

If the refund application is approved as per our terms and Conditions, the following timelines shall apply.

On approval, the refunds and timelines are as follows.

If your refund is rejected, we will call you to explain the issue by email.

We do not accept returns after the 7 day period upon registration, or within 45 days to the event date.

Refund/Return and Exchange Eligibility

1. When your registration details are incorrect
2. When your number of tickets paid for are more than you intended
3. Change of mind. The return should be done at point of delivery without breaking the seal of the package.

If the ticket purchased is eligible for return as per the eligibility criteria service above, we provide a refunds/exchange service.

However, restrictions may apply to certain scenarios, as detailed below and as updated from time to time. 

• Proof of payment is required to receive a full refund.
• CNAK reserves the right to refuse any UNAUTHORIZED returns: those that occur after the seven (7) day period.
• To facilitate a returns claim, we require the customer to provide the following information to The Catholic Nurses Association of Kenya’s Customer service:
• your name
• your telephone number
• your email address
• copy of receipt of purchase
• details of your issue with the ticket/registration.

Refund Approval

After that quality evaluation, we will notify you by email/sms or call with a status update on whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Liability

Catholic Nurses Association of Kenya will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the congress.

Amendments

Catholic Nurses Association of Kenya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
